As Founder and Director of Virtual Advisors, he leads a team providing strategic services including business structuring, tax planning, virtual CFO support and investment strategy. Vlad is known for simplifying complex financial concepts and delivering practical advice that supports long-term business growth.

Prior to Virtual Advisors, he founded Key Business Accountants, advising clients across Sydney on business growth and investment planning. Vlad takes a client-focused approach and enjoys travelling and spending time with his family.

An accomplished senior leader and finance specialist with over 10 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, and business analysis across diverse industries, including cosmetic manufacturing, retail, financial services (foreign exchange and cryptocurrency), labour hire, and more.

Proven expertise in managing financial operations for businesses ranging from $1 million to over $150 million in turnover, ensuring financial stability, compliance, and long-term growth.

Holds a Commerce degree with a major in Finance, providing a solid foundation in corporate finance, investment analysis, and risk management. Additionally, completion of CFA Level 1 reflects a commitment to comprehensive financial analysis, ethical decision-making, and the highest professional standards.
