As the founder and Director of Virtual Advisors, Vlad leads a team dedicated to delivering high-value financial advisory services — including business structuring, tax planning, virtual CFO services and investment strategy. His approach focuses on long-term value creation: helping business owners reduce tax risk, enhance profitability, and protect their assets.

Before establishing Virtual Advisors, Vlad launched and grew Key Business Accountants, where he served as Director and played a central role in advising clients across Sydney and surrounding regions on business growth, investment planning and self-managed super fund administration.

Vlad is known for his practical, client-centric approach — taking time to listen, educate and tailor financial plans that align with both personal and business goals. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys travelling and spending quality time with his family.
